Room Attendant
The Study at University City is seeking dedicated Room Attendants to help create a comfortable, clean, and memorable experience for every guest. This role is responsible for maintaining guest rooms to the highest standards of cleanliness, supporting stayover services, and ensuring all maintenance needs are promptly reported and addressed.

Key Responsibilities- Deliver warm, professional service and uphold the highest hospitality standards.
- Clean and service guest rooms thoroughly during and after each stay, including:
- Stripping and making beds; changing linens and duvet covers.
- Cleaning and sanitizing bathrooms (showers, toilets, sinks, mirrors, counters, floors, and fixtures).
- Dusting furniture, baseboards, shelves, window ledges, and decorative items.
- Replenishing bathroom linens and guest amenities.
- Vacuuming, sweeping, and removing trash.
- In guest suites, operate dishwashers and restock kitchen items to established par levels.
- Respond promptly to guest requests (e.g., extra amenities, stayover service).
- Report maintenance concerns to Engineering in a timely manner.
- Perform periodic deep cleaning and preventative maintenance tasks as assigned.
- Maintain guest privacy and security by safeguarding room assignments and ensuring rooms remain secured during service.
- Collaborate with other departments to support guest needs and overall hotel performance.
- Follow all company safety, security, and cleanliness standards.
- Previous hotel housekeeping experience preferred.
- Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays. Typical shifts: 7:00 AM – 5:00 PM. Weekend availability strongly preferred.
- Ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members (basic English skills required).
- Strong organizational and time management skills; ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to stand and walk for an entire shift.
- Ability to bend, lift, push, pull, and carry up to 50 pounds.
- Ability to perform repetitive motions, reach overhead, and work in confined spaces.
